Palawan, You Damn Beautiful

In Search of Paradise City…We found It.

The second part of our trip included a 6-hour ferry from San Jose to Coron, our next destination for 24hours, and another 4-hour ferry from Coron to El Nido, where we stay for an additional 24 hours too. INTENSE!

Coron is low key when compared to  El Nido, but it certainly has its charm. In fact, it was while in Coron that we made friends with the local community and ended up crashing a 75th birthday/ rave in celebration of somebody’s nana. Pretty SURREAL, but also pretty fantastic.

El Nido is great if you want to go out (Pukka Bar I am looking at YOU) or enjoy a good western meal (for this, and everything else, go to Art Cafe), but probably not for much more. It serves as a great hub for island hopping around Palawan, which they say is the best of the islands when it comes to sea life and landscape.

We had the pleasure to take on one of the best experience I've had so far and for 3 days we lived like princesses at Miniloc Island, thanks to El Nido Resorts.

Miniloc is a piece of heaven on earth. Located in the middle of nowhere in the Pacific Ocean, this little bay turned into a 5-star resort is everything anybody could wish for. Spectacular views and the bluest and clearest sea you've seen and the best service ever.

Worry nothing while here. From sea food dining at the resort's private beaches, to paddle-boarding in the Bacuit Bay, you'll do nothing but enjoy yourself while here.

That's what we did, and we can't wait to be back.
